Bequant Takes Full Commercial Responsibility for QoE Solution

Cambium Networks transfers sales, support, and development of the QoE solution to Bequant, the technology's original developer, effective immediately.
Bequant and Cambium Networks (NASDAQ: CMBM) today announced that Bequant will assume full responsibility for the sales, fulfillment, and commercial management of the QoE solution. The move establishes Bequant as the single point of contact for all QoE customers and channel partners worldwide.
Existing Cambium QoE licenses remain valid and subscription pricing, and support terms are unchanged. Cambium Networks will continue to recommend Bequant's QoE solution, recognizing its proven ability to improve network performance, reduce operational costs, and increase subscriber satisfaction. According to Scott Imhoff, SVP of Product Line Management at Cambium Networks, the move benefits both sides: "By aligning responsibilities, both companies sharpen their focus on customer value. Bequant will continue to innovate and deliver the QoE experience, and Cambium will continue to develop world-class wireless infrastructure."
The BQN platform delivers real-time visibility into subscriber experience and advanced traffic controls, from TCP acceleration and per-application shaping to dynamic congestion management and detailed analytics. Running on standard hardware, it scales from 100 Mbps to 400 Gbps, accessible to operators of all sizes.
The transition is being executed in close coordination to ensure no disruption for customers or distributors.
