‍Existing customers and referred ISPs can receive credits, with double referral rewards for Referring Customers during the 2026 launch campaign

Bequant has launched its new Member-Get-Member (MGM) Referral Program, allowing existing customers to receive credits for referring new ISPs to Bequant. Referred customers also benefit, receiving a credit when they subscribe to Bequant following an eligible referral.

Compared with the previous referral program, the new initiative introduces two key benefits: both the customer making the referral and the Referred Customer receive a reward, and each eligible referral is subject to a 12-month eligibility period.

How the referral rewards work

The MGM program is available to Bequant customers with an active subscription or a perpetual license. These customers can refer Bequant solutions to ISPs that are not currently part of the Bequant customer base.

The program defines two types of participating customers: the Referring Customer, who submits the referral, and the Referred Customer, the ISP referred through the program that subsequently subscribes to Bequant.

When an eligible referral results in a new subscription, both customers can receive a credit based on the Referred Customer’s initial licensed capacity. The credit can be applied toward Bequant license fees or support services.

Under the standard MGM program, the benefits are:

• 200 Mbps–500 Mbps: US$50 for the Referring Customer and US$50 for the Referred Customer
• 1 Gbps–2 Gbps: US$100 for the Referring Customer and US$100 for the Referred Customer
• 3 Gbps–5 Gbps: US$300 for the Referring Customer and US$300 for the Referred Customer
• 6 Gbps–10 Gbps: US$400 for the Referring Customer and US$400 for the Referred Customer
• 11 Gbps–20 Gbps: US$600 for the Referring Customer and US$600 for the Referred Customer
• More than 20 Gbps: US$1,000 for the Referring Customer and US$1,000 for the Referred Customer

Credits become available once the Referred Customer has made 12 monthly subscription payments or paid the annual subscription in advance, whichever occurs first, subject to the program’s terms and conditions.

Additional 100% launch bonus

To celebrate the launch of the new program, Bequant is offering an additional 100% bonus to Referring Customers for eligible referrals submitted on or before December 31, 2026, provided that the subscription of the Referred Customer starts no later than January 1, 2027.

During the launch campaign, the Referring Customer receives twice the standard referral credit, while the Referred Customer continues to receive the standard referral reward.

The launch benefits are:

• 200 Mbps–500 Mbps: US$100 for the Referring Customer and US$50 for the Referred Customer
• 1 Gbps–2 Gbps: US$200 for the Referring Customer and US$100 for the Referred Customer
• 3 Gbps–5 Gbps: US$600 for the Referring Customer and US$300 for the Referred Customer
• 6 Gbps–10 Gbps: US$800 for the Referring Customer and US$400 for the Referred Customer
• 11 Gbps–20 Gbps: US$1,200 for the Referring Customer and US$600 for the Referred Customer
• More than 20 Gbps: US$2,000 for the Referring Customer and US$1,000 for the Referred Customer

This launch incentive gives existing Bequant customers an additional opportunity to benefit from introducing new ISPs to Bequant before the end of 2026.

A 12-month eligibility period

Each eligible referral is subject to a 12-month eligibility period starting on the date the Referred Customer subscribes.

The Referring Customer and the Referred Customer become eligible to receive the credit when the Referred Customer reaches the 12th monthly subscription payment or makes an advance payment for the annual subscription, whichever occurs first.

Bequant or the relevant distributor will apply the corresponding credit to the accounts of both the Referring Customer and the Referred Customer. The credit can be applied toward their respective Bequant license fees or support services, in accordance with the program’s terms and conditions.

The credit is subject to the conditions established by the program. The credit may be affected if the Referred Customer voluntarily cancels the Bequant software subscription, the subscription is cancelled because of non-payment, or the Referred Customer reduces its licensed capacity below the level of the initial subscription. If the Referring Customer is not up to date with its payments, the credit will be applied only to the Referred Customer.

For a referral to be eligible, it must be submitted to Bequant or the applicable distributor before the Referred Customer completes the subscription process, together with the necessary information about the referred account. The referral will then be reviewed to confirm its eligibility for the MGM reward.

Certain situations may make a referral ineligible. These include cases where the Referred Customer was previously a Bequant customer, was already an active prospect or sales opportunity registered with Bequant or the applicable distributor, or where another promotional or referral reward already applies to the Referring Customer or Referred Customer. In these situations, Bequant or the applicable distributor should be consulted to confirm eligibility and the applicable reward amount.

There is no limit to the number of customers a Referring Customer can refer. The more eligible referrals that are successfully completed, the more referral credits the customer can receive.

In regions where prices are not denominated in US dollars, the applicable exchange rate at the time the credit is applied to the account will be used to calculate the corresponding reward.

The new MGM program has been effective since July 24, 2026.
