Bequant releases R5.0.3, with fixes and improvements in functionality

Bequant released R5.0.3, which includes both improvements in functionality and fixes.

Improvements in functionality.

- Subscriber-group shaping distributes bandwidth between all subscribers, but now it uses subscriber demand to determine that distribution, instead of just trying to equalize all users.

- Table filters can now be AND'ed or OR'ed.

- Tables with several pages allow jumping to a specific page, and navigation between pages has improved.

- Added latest Gemini 3 models to AI Assistant.

- Made policy names and profile names editable, even when used in rules.

* NTP fixed in cluster mode.

* Fixes in fragmentation and IPv6 packet length checking.

* Removed unnecessary warning about TCPO requiring flow shaping (it no longer requires it).

* Fix time profile ranges not allowing time ranges within the same hour.

* Corrections in subscriber maximum rate calculations.

* Use sent bytes (instead of received bytes) in flow speed calculations.

* When dynamic rate policy the same in all cluster nodes, show only once in tooltips.

* Fix rule numbers not being sorted as numbers in rules tables.

* Fix link to subscriber-groups in subscriber dashboard.
